. we made it .

. to boston, massachusetts that is . my friend becca and i left omaha at 5:00 friday morning . this was the sunrise we enjoyed . we had great flights, well, as great as a flight can be, flying is not my favorite .

. and get this, midwest airlines bakes chocolate chip cookies on the flight ! i'm not a chocolate chip cookie fan unless they are warm straight from the oven . which they were, which i loved ! the smell is enough to make a person so overcome with joy that by the time the little flight attendant lady hands you one you are thanking her profusely for all she's done and ever will do for you .

. flying into boston was breathtaking . to be honest we had a little resistance on the plane with turning the plane to land so that caused a little anxiety in both rebecca and i but at the same time we realized we were flying over the atlantic ocean and looking at the little islands and the beach and the harbor . and when the wheels finally touched down we were beyond excited .

. so beautiful . and we've yet to see the half of it .
