. this weather has been amazing lately and after having to reschedule and reschedule other shoots due to rain i was thrilled to have a shoot scheduled for such a beautiful day .

. i enjoyed spending time in the sunshine with randy, maggie, kylee and kaden . they were a fun family that i could tell enjoyed one another's company . maggie specifically called me for a fun shoot with the family, i love it when others appreciate the casual, comfortable, easy style that i like to shoot . and randy mentioned how much better this shoot was than the "turn your head just a little to the right" kinda shoots . i know i had a great time with this great family, i hope they feel the same . now, onto the photos ...

. these two are two of my favorites . maggie and kylee look so natural, and like good friends as well as mother/daugher . randy's teaching kaden how to hold the rock when you are trying to skip it across the water . i remember being taught the same thing as a kid .

. kylee found two rocks that she really liked and carried them around the rest of the shoot, at the end of the the shoot the little sweetie gave me one of them, the one i told her was my favorite . i love it ! it's sitting with all my others in my little rock collection . thanks kylee, i'll think of you every time i see it .

. the rail was a hit with kaden .
